The staff is friend polite and very professional I really like their service. The Nurse Practitioner and her assistant are very supportive. I'm strongly considering transferring to CAHN

Dr. Jennings is an excellent physician. He listens attentively and is very thorough. He has provided trusted for my mother for many years. Very grateful that Dr. Jennings is now providing care for my uncle after a recent hospitalization. We were able to get an expedited new patient visit thanks to Jackie Harris, Community Engagement & Outreach Manager. She went over and beyond to help us!

When I had my first appointment, my NP and nurse were very kind. However, the customer service is awful. It's just an endless cycle of phone tag with one department telling you another will be calling you. I have shingles very close to my eye and will probably be paying out of pocket for the eye appointment I needed because they couldn't get me a referral in time. And then, not even within the time frame I was originally told! 24-48 hours, I was told on Monday and I still haven't heard back from the referral department. Not to mention I haven't had a refund from nearly 2 months ago processed yet because of this same issue. So, I will be finding a new doctor.

I will not be back. They have no respect for your time or customer service. Today, I went into the Glennwood facility for a simple physical that my work required. I didn't have any health problems or anything. I just need the form signed off and I would be good to go. I arrived 30 mins before my appointment. It took me 5 mins to fill out all the forms. From there, they were 15 mins late in bringing me back. The nurse did the blood pressure and what not and then someone took blood. Those two things took about 15 mins. Given how slow they were, I told the nurse that I had a meeting at 11 and needed to be done by 1045. It was 10:15 at this point. She didn't acknowledge that statement. After about 45 mins of waiting, the doctor arrives and completes my physical (which takes 10 mins). I had to call and cancel two meetings due to their unacceptably slow service. I would be fired if I provided this kind of customer service.

Liked NP Jennifer Hubbard Davis. Genuine concern for me. Very thoughtful. Staff not friendly at Glenwood location. Waited two hours at Glenwood and Doctor aent nurse in to tell me with instructions. North side location has a friendly front desk and shows professionalism.
